Here we are all settled in in Arizona! The trip was to say the least a total nightmare. If anyone had their choice of moving across country in the middle of December. I would definitely recommend not doing it. We packed full this huge rental truck which Larry drove, with all of our belongings that would fit into it. I followed in the Ford Explorer with our son and our cat. Our grandson followed me in his vehicle. Because the truck was so heavy it had a hard time over the mountains so most of our trips max speed was 50ish. Then there was the snow, freezing rain and very slippery roads, and soooo many accidents. After driving only 400 miles the first day and 600 the second day the last two days we made up time and drove 12 hours straight. On Monday night we made it too our temporary rental to find that the neighbors dogs had gotten into our yard, and were not going to let us in. The neighbor was working and the dogs were trying to protect what they thought were their home. Finally after 12 hours on the road and the dogs we were able to get into the house. We were so tired we camped on the living room floor that night.
We are currently getting business licenses and setting up our prospecting business. The jewelry part of it is at this moment still on Amazon Handmade, but will eventually be in our store. Come back soon to see our changes!
